Replace stock speakers

I have a 2016 Chrysler 200 LX I replaced Factory door speakers and just not as loud as it used to be is there something to do with the ohms

Looking to upgrade my truck speakers in a 2016 Chevy Silverado LT Crew Cab.. what's a good upgraded system.
